xbajy Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the xbajy platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between xbajy and its users. This document has been prepared in Bengali and applies to players in Bangladesh.

1.1 Scope of Service

xbajy is an online gaming platform that provides various casino games, slots, and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. The platform is fully digital and can be accessed from mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.

1.2 Applicable Law

These terms and all disputes between users and xbajy will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All users are required to comply with the local laws of their respective jurisdictions.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the xbajy platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. For persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. xbajy may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If you have questions about multiple accounts within the same household, please contact the support team.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide the following accurate information when registering an account:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid address in Bangladesh

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbajy may verify identity at any time using a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The following payment methods are currently supported on xbajy:

• Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour, however delays may occur in some cases due to identity or security verification. Withdrawals may also be delayed if there are any active bets or unfulfilled wagering requirements on the account.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the xbajy platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency conversion applies.

3.4 Transaction Security

xbajy uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. We will never ask for your banking password or PIN number.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

xbajy offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount). That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus is only eligible for one account and from one household or device.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the wagering requirement.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• xbajy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any amount won using bonus funds may be subject to a specified maximum win cap.

4.4 VIP Program

xbajy's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, weekly cashback and other benefits increase. VIP tier benefits are published separately and may change at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the xbajy platform are operated according to fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined, and no internal or external party can influence the results.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software malfunction produces an abnormal outcome, the bet in question may be declared void and the stake returned. Any purported winnings obtained through a technical error are null and void.

5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, a bet is not final until its acceptance has been confirmed. If a relevant event is cancelled or postponed, separate rules for bet settlement apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajy platform:

• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of another person
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence software
• Attempting to predict or manipulate game outcomes using any software or method
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity
• Attempting to harm other users through fraudulent activities
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to breach or hack xbajy's security systems

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, xbajy reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

7.1 xbajy's Rights

xbajy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a breach of these terms is found
• If identity verification cannot be completed
• During an investigation for security-related reasons
• Based on the directive of any legal or regulatory authority

7.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time. In that case, after all active bets have been settled and wagering conditions have been verified, any remaining valid balance will be returned. For self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, please contact the support team.

All content on the xbajy platform — logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of xbajy or its associated licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content in any other way without prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) is protected by their respective policies.

xbajy is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure
• Issues caused by third-party software installed on the user's device
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders

xbajy's total liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

11.2 Resolution Process

xbajy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between xbajy and the user and replace any prior oral or written discussions.
